I have so much catching up to do with all the pics from the California trip and now my new home in Powell River, but for now I offer you the view of Desolation Sound from our table at the restaurant tonight, where my new neighbours kindly shouted me a birthday dinner and drove me the 35km home to my cabin on the beach. More of that later.
